Question: How your charges for legal consultancy services?

Answer: Basically, we have 03 options as follows for charging:

(i) Retainer legal consultancy service charge: The parties shall enter into a Retainer legal consultancy service agreement to which we will become your Retainer lawyer to take in charge of consulancy for any and all your date to date business operation matters. In consideration, you will be required to pay us a fix retainer legal consultancy service charge on monthly basis;

(ii) Hourly legal consultancy service charge: With regards to consultancy service matter could not clarify the time for accomplishing or coudl not clarify final results, we would propose to charge you on basis of the total time for accomplishing or total time for getting the final result. Payable amount of consultancy service charge shall equal (=) total time for xeecution multiplies (x) standard service charge rate;

(iii) Package consultancy service charge: With regards to consultancy service matter that we could clarify the time for accomplishing or coudl clarify the final results, we would propose to charge you the package consultancy service charge on basis of the final result on hand.
